Dispatch and Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed for shipment only upon receipt of complete payment. Once payment is made, changes to the order or refunds are not possible.

• Saree orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment receipt.
• Delivery within India: Typically completed within 7 days.
• International Delivery: May take 10–15 days.

Shipping Charges

Within India: Shipping charges are Rs.100 per saree using Speed Post, Bluedart, Professional Couriers, or DTDC. Charges may vary based on the delivery pincode.

International Shipping: Orders are shipped via DHL and will incur additional charges at actual rates. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, octroi, local charges, or any other applicable levies in their country.

Tracking and Communication

Once your order is dispatched, the tracking number will be shared via email as soon as it is provided by the courier company.

During weekends, government holidays, local holidays, or seasonal disruptions, delivery timelines may be affected.
